Mauricio Valadrian
Mauricio was born and raised in Colombia and has been working in the United States as a filmmaker and media creative for over two decades, much of which was spent in broadcast television, developing communications strategies for underrepresented communities. As a Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility Consultant, he works with international organizations in both the private and governmental sectors trying to find relevance and actionable intentionality in an increasingly pluricultural landscape.
Mauricio is a fierce advocate for Outdoor Equity. He has had the privilege of serving on several local and national non-profit boards, helping families with young children from all backgrounds connect to nature and build community across difference.
Currently, he serves as Vice-Chair for The Oregon Conservation and Recreation Advisory Committee.

Eva Valadrian
Eva Valadrian (she/her) grew up in the Pacific Northwest and has worked as a multicultural marketing and communications strategist for over a decade. She specializes in creating actionable strategies for building partnerships across difference for private, non-profit and governmental agencies in the public lands sphere.
She is a GIS Specialist focused on using spatial data to illuminate inequities in access to outdoor spaces, allowing the data to inform strategy development and to create visual storytelling tools and interactive maps.
Eva is part of the two-parent team behind Northwest Family Daycation, a community-based program created in partnership with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and she sits on the Advisory Board for the national nonprofit OutGrown.
Most recently, she stepped onto the Board of Directors for the Intertwine Alliance, where she serves as Vice President.

Tadeusz Valadrian
Tadeusz was born and raised in Portland, Oregon in a bilingual, bi-cultural home. A graduate from Grant High School, he studied Music Technology at the University of Oregon, and continued his studies of Music Theory at Portland Community College.
His innate ability to connect and inspire young audiences has been honed in by his years of work as an after-school counselor and therapy assistant for children experiencing autism and other mental health challenges.
As additional credential to his name, and aside from creating sick beats, Tadeusz holds upon request a master class on Arepa making and is known among his Spanish-speaking peers for his pristine joke delivery service.

Nikkolai Rairan Cardona
Nikkolai is our resident Psychologist and Behavioral Scientist. After graduating from the prestigious Konrad Lorens University in Colombia as a Psychologist, he received the Ministry of Education’s award for the highest national bar test score in that year. During his residence in Colombia, he worked as an official interpreter for the US embassy in Bogota. Nikkolai received a scholarship to obtain his Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences at the University of Guadalajara in Mexico, where he is currently finishing his PhD. He works with companies in the private sector as a behavioral advisor, consultant, and professor to professionals in mental health services.
He is an accomplished rock band drummer, motorcycle rider, Python programmer, and 3D printing enthusiast, who is deeply connected to his lived- experience as an immigrant to the United States and the innumerable benefits of nature connectivity and inclusive communities.
